Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:15-7:15am

$35 per session OR $200 for 8-sessions ($80 savings!)

Small group classes with individualized exercise progressions:

  • Active stretching & warm-up techniques

  • Olympic lifting & plyometrics

  • Resistance training
  • Core strengthening

  • Cardiovascular training
  • Client education - you will leave with knowledge about safe lifting techniques, science-based core training exercises, and how to design your future programs
